The data source of SeeUni website and the SeeUni course and university ranking is the Unistats dataset published on HESA website under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.

The unistats data contains information of all undergraduate courses with start dates between 1 August 2022 and 31 July 2023 of all the education providers in the UK.
Education providers update their course data at any point throughout the year. Accordingly, this website is refreshed at weekly based to provide the most up-to-date and accurate course information.

There is no 'adding value' in the ranking formula. The rankings reflect facts of the quality of courses and universities.
